Diego A. Lingad

Research Assistant

Diego Andreas Lingad is a Public Service Fellow and MA candidate at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies concentrating in Governance and Asia. He previously served as an Adviser and General Assembly Delegate at the Philippine Mission to the UN, where he negotiated multilateral documents and provided recommendations to the government. His experience in intergovernmental affairs is complemented by experiences in communications and research with the UN Foundation and the Center for Strategic and International Studies Southeast Asia Program. He has been published in CSIS: New Perspectives on Asia and The Diplomat.

 Diego holds a B.A. in International Studies, magna cum laude, from the University of Washington.
